* 🧑‍💻 add node (feature) and basedpyright (extension) to devcontainer.json * ➕ add basedpyright as dev dependency * 🧑‍💻 create baseline file to reduce noises * 👷 add basedpyright to CI * 📝 add basedpyright badge and update python version badge * 🧑‍💻 mark baseline.json generated * 👷 fix incorrect job name due to copying
