Published on Open VSX extension is outdated

Hi. I had the same problem as #237 and then I noticed that Open VSX extension still uses version 0.15.0 which was released 1.5 years ago. Any chance on publishing the latest version to Open VSX?

Thanks for your patience, time was limited again. The (currently) latest version 0.19.0 has been pushed to the Open VSX registry some minutes ago and is available now.
