Status Update: This PR is now ready for formal review.
Quick context: I'm an independent developer and this is my first NIP proposal. I'm proposing the foundation for a "Freedom of Interaction" layer (extending NIP-99 for service marketplaces, escrows, and identity/DAO structures).
Since I'm new to the formal NIP process, I may have missed some conventions or formatting norms. I am very open to constructive criticism — whether on the kind range choice, tag design, the identity model, or the overall architectural approach.
