Implemented in ngit-cli, gitworkshop.dev, ngit-relay, ngit-grasp, etc. and referenced as 'recursive maintainer set' in the grasp protocol.
budabit also supports multi-maintainers. does this align with your implementation @chebizarro and @Pleb5?
I also think n34-relay support multi-maintainers @TheAwiteb? does this match your implementation?
