feat(Internationalization): Internationalization with next-intl

Implementing i18-next framework happens to be troublesome. Looking through the web I've found next-intl library which is specifically made for next.js App Router. I will test both technologies and decide which one is better.

The website has been translated. Everything works, but I think the way website stores strings has to be reworked sometime in the feature.
I'm not closing the issue because there are some quick fixes to be made.
