Webminerpool is only working on localhost ?

When I test out the webminer on a local server it works completely fine.

However when I set up a cloud server, which connects on a global scale, the webminer server outputs "Connecting 'IP ADDRESS'" but does nothing.

In the JS code, I obviously changed the cryptoServer variable to initiate a WebSocket with the custom server, however I receive the "WebSocket connection to 'ws://45.77.51.162:8181/ failed" error.

Is anyone else getting this issue?
