Example of a block where the Address Point Creation appears to not have worked. Several structures should have 50 units and some should have 0.

Example of block that works great. Shows that the Addpt creation is working well for some blocks. Curious that the error is not consistent.

Satellite shows mix of success on the NSI. Missing buildings could be newer built? The HUI is for 2010

Adding satellite options - shows that the building inventory is creating buildings that are probably car ports and that the larger buildings are missclassified as RES3B and RES3A. Should have more than 2 units.

I reran the code using the PR #136 edit that @zsarnoczay made. This had a critical edit to ncoda_02d_addresspoint.py‎

Should have made a difference in the HUA - but surprisingly the results for the % missing buildings nothing changed. In the examples above the updates did not make any changes. Possibly because the examples do not have any single family structures.

Updates have made significant changes. Population in missing buildings down to 1,765 from 53,365! Major difference

It looks like the places with missing data may be Census Blocks that are positioned in streets that are likely errors... Not likely to be homeless people
