Compile with Delphi11 (Alexandria)

I offer to check compiler version for successful compilation on older versions of Delphi (Alexndria version wanted).
Can make pull request if You accept contributors.

thank you for your offer and for taking the time to check compatibility with older Delphi versions.

Delphi 11 Alexandria is already an older version, and with Delphi 12 available and Delphi 13 already around, my main focus is currently on the newer Delphi versions.

If you can send me the compiler log with the exact errors from Delphi Alexandria, I will take a look at it and adjust the code where it makes sense.

At the moment, I am not adding external contributors to the project, but feedback, issue reports, and compiler logs are very welcome.

Here is the list of all compile errors in D11:

[dcc32 Error] uSymbolReferenceIndex.pas(53): E2003 Undeclared identifier: 'THashSet<>'

[dcc32 Error] uExportHtml.pas(879): E2056 String literals may have at most 255 elements
[dcc32 Error] uExportHtml.pas(917): E2056 String literals may have at most 255 elements
[dcc32 Error] uExportHtml.pas(955): E2056 String literals may have at most 255 elements

[dcc32 Error] uExport.pas(93): E2250 There is no overloaded version of 'Create' that can be called with these arguments

[dcc32 Fatal Error] uIDELineHighlighter.pas(63): F2613 Unit 'ToolsAPI.Editor' not found.

I know, that last error is hard to fix.
For me, it was enough to fix other errors so that the command line utility would build.
