For the lazy ones who don’t want to build it themselves:
Supports all major platforms.

Doesn’t have a subnet mask input, but other than that passes all 3 tests of the assignment.

usage:
enter your desired start address in the network address field.
(The next input will take into account the last subnet mask, you will have to reset it to disregard the last generations)

enter how many hosts you would like to serve in your subnet mask.

Generate the values using the calculate button.
