docs(i18n): update haw README to match ja/en structure (#284)

Rewrote Hawaiian (haw) README following the new structure from ja/en SSOT.
Changes:
- Kept Hawaiian language notice header and Mahalo greeting footer
- Replaced body content with new structure from ja README
- Translated to Hawaiian while maintaining sample profile name (Kai Kalani)
- Updated image paths from ja/ to haw/
- Added new sections: Identity Management UI, SSH key details, IdentitiesOnly explanation
