chore: cleanup bot bait files (#36)

Remove temporary files used for bot summoning:
- FORMATTING_BAIT.md (pre-commit-ci bait)
- whoami.png and whoami.webp (ImgBot bait)
Update LANGUAGES.md to use CDN URL for image.
