docs(i18n): Update Klingon (tlh) README to new structure (#287)

Rewrote the Klingon (tlh) README following the new structure from the Japanese version. This includes:
- Profile Management UI section
- Improved Quick Start guide with visual walkthrough
- Enhanced troubleshooting section
- Updated image paths (ja/ → tlh/)
- Maintained Klingon cultural elements and sample profile names (Qapla')
Three rounds of self-review were conducted to improve Klingon language authenticity and consistency.
