docs: add Karesansui Architecture badge samples (#100)

* docs: add Design Philosophy section to 24 language READMEs
Add translated Design Philosophy sections to all remaining language
READMEs (excluding EN/JA which were added in #98):
European: de, fr, es, it, pt-BR, ru, uk, pl, tr, bg, cs, hu, eo
Asian: ko, zh-CN, zh-TW
Indigenous/Regional: ain (Ainu), haw (Hawaiian), ryu (Okinawan)
Constructed: tlh (Klingon), tok (Toki Pona)
Joke: x-lolcat, x-pirate, x-shakespeare
Each translation maintains the core message about Karesansui Architecture
while adapting to the linguistic and cultural context of the target language.
