docs(i18n): update hu README to match ja/en structure (#280)

Rewrite Hungarian README to follow the new structure:
- Change from 4-step to 3-step Quick Start with UI images
- Add Profile Management section with UI guidance
- Unify terminology (azonosító → profil)
- Update image paths from ja/ to hu/
- Add detailed How It Works sections
