C2PA hello world example cannot work

The demo utils/c2pa_hello_world.py shows IPFS errors

Any comments about the following information are welcome!

Hello @vincent10400094. The command python3 utils/c2pa_hello_world.py was consistently hanging on the fetch from IPFS in my environment, but it seems to be working now. Please feel free to close this issue. If it occurs again I will file an issue with more details.
