image inference on windows

I am following huggingface commands to work on windows for image inference but getting error as
RuntimeError: Could not infer dtype of numpy.uint8
my configurations are
OS: Windows 11
Python: 3.10.18
PyTorch: 2.3.0+cu121
transformers: 4.42.0

GPU: NVCC 12.11
