Recompiling with current version of IronPyhon and Visual Studio 2013

Assumptions:

  1. target version of IronPython is installed in default location

  2. Visual Studio 2013 is installed

Procedure:

  1. clone repo

  2. recreate npy_config.h

  3. compile

  4. install
