add games folder and simple game demonstrating nu code concepts

I'd like to contribute this game.

The code exemplifies several nu concepts.

I get an error when I run the "talk" command.

I'm fine with a games folder but it should probably be games\your_game_name\script.nu and on the same level as script.nu there should be a readme.md that helps explain what this game is.
