Added readiness_l/h to the virtchnl2_ptp_get_vport_tx_tstamp_caps struct. This is required to support direct Tx timestamping. Relevant sections that describe the flow are also updated. Signed-off-by: Sreedevi Joshi <sreedevi.joshi@intel.com>
