fix: remove deprecated value field from data API, keep only spec-compliant records

BREAKING CHANGE: The findData protocol response no longer includes the
legacy `value` field. Only `records` is returned, matching the
FindDataResponseSchema spec. All downstream consumers updated.

Closes #<issue>
