Remove internal planning and roadmap documentation

Deleted internal/README.md and all planning documents under internal/planning, including DEVELOPMENT_ROADMAP.md, PLANNING_INDEX.md, PRIORITIES.md, and QUICK_START_IMPLEMENTATION.md. This removes internal project planning and contributor guidance files from the repository.
