chore(spec): regenerate api-surface snapshot for strictVisibilityError

Additive-only public API change (0 breaking, 1 added) from the new
`strictVisibilityError` export (ADR-0089 D3a). Regenerated via
`pnpm --filter @objectstack/spec gen:api-surface`.
