docs(readme): fix drifted counts and link the business-language tour (#466)

The intro and 'What you get' still said 10 flows — src/flows has 17. '10
roles' was actually counting the 10 positions; list the 6 permission
profiles and 10 positions separately. Add a pointer to the ObjectStack
docs' business-language capability tour, which uses HotCRM as its running
example on every page.
