refactor: remove unused project hooks and implementation status documents

- Deleted the `projects.hook.ts` file which contained comprehensive project hooks for ObjectQL.
- Removed the `IMPLEMENTATION_STATUS.md` file detailing the implementation status of `@objectql/core`.
- Deleted the `RUNTIME_INTEGRATION.md` file explaining the integration of `@objectstack/runtime` and `@objectstack/objectql`.
- Updated `package.json` to remove dependency on `@objectstack/objectql`.
- Cleaned up `pnpm-lock.yaml` to reflect the removal of `@objectstack/objectql` and its dependencies.
