[12.0] Docs-accuracy pass after the breaking-change batch (adapters/env/Policy/aliases)

Docs-accuracy pass after the 11.x→12.0 breaking-change batch. Run once the remaining A-items (#1886, #2377) land. Use the docs-accuracy-audit skill + a targeted sweep for the symbols/concepts removed:

Known doc debt from merged PRs

• Adapter trim (chore!: remove unused HTTP adapters (keep Hono only) + MSW plugin (12.0) #2391) — open edition is now Hono-only + MSW removed:
  • docs/HARDENING.md — the "Fastify recipe" imports @objectstack/fastify (deleted) → rewrite as Hono or drop.
  • docs/design/driver-turso.md — "All adapters (Next.js, NestJS, Hono, …)" wording → Hono-only.
  • ../objectui e2e/sidebar-text-visibility.spec.ts:27 — stale comment "e.g. via @objectstack/plugin-msw".
  • Any website / "supported frameworks" list.
• Env aliases (feat(types)!: remove ObjectStack's own legacy env-var aliases (11.0, #2379) #2383) — OS_MULTI_TENANT→OS_MULTI_ORG_ENABLED, OBJECTSTACK_METADATA_WRITABLE→OS_METADATA_WRITABLE, AUTH_BASE_URL/OS_AUTH_BASE_URL→OS_AUTH_URL; add an UPGRADE note. (ADR-0010 mentions the old metadata-writable env — leave as historical or annotate.)
• PolicySchema removed ([P0][security] PolicySchema is 100% dead — enforce or remove #1882) — any doc describing definePolicy / stack policies / "org security policy".
• Flow http node aliases removed (feat(automation)!: remove deprecated http_request/http_call/webhook flow-node aliases (ADR-0018 M3, 11.0) #2369) — docs mentioning http_request/http_call/webhook flow node → http.
• IUIService removed (feat(spec)!: remove deprecated IUIService contract — use IMetadataService (11.0) #2374) / DriverInterface alias removed ([11.0][A3] Remove deprecated IDataEngine interface (use IDataDriver) #2378) — any contract docs.
• client-react query aliases removed (feat(client-react)!: remove deprecated useQuery legacy query-field aliases (11.0) #2372) — select/filters/sort/top/skip → fields/where/orderBy/limit/offset.
• Open edition = MCP-only (feat!: remove service-ai — open edition is MCP-only (ADR-0025 S2) #2325 / 11.0) — positioning/overview docs.

Scope

framework docs/** (hand-written, not generated) + package READMEs + ../objectui docs/comments. CHANGELOGs and ADRs are historical — leave unless actively misleading.

Adapter/MSW slice done → #2393 (merged). Rewrote HARDENING to a Hono recipe (+ CSRF/CORS), dropped plugin-msw from driver-turso/driver-memory docs, narrowed runtime README + launch-readiness to Hono. Grep confirms no removed-package refs remain in current docs.

Re-scan result for the other listed items: already clean. PolicySchema / IUIService / DriverInterface / flow http_request / env-rename / client-react aliases now appear ONLY in docs/adr/** + docs/audits/** (dated historical snapshots — intentionally left) and CHANGELOGs. The #2383 PR already fixed the live env-var READMEs/comments.

Remaining (optional, not broken-doc fixes):

• An UPGRADE/migration guide for the 12.0 breaking batch (env renames, removed adapters/APIs) — nice-to-have, no existing doc is wrong.
• ../objectui e2e/sidebar-text-visibility.spec.ts:27 stale comment (separate repo, trivial).

The 'fix broken/misleading current docs' goal is essentially complete; closing-eligible once you decide on the optional UPGRADE guide.

Done — #2399 merged. deployment-vercel.mdx MSW Mode fully removed (Hono is the only documented path); implementation-status QA table column → @objectstack/verify. content/docs/** now has zero removed-package refs. 10→11 docs alignment complete across #2393 (internal docs) · #2396 (upgrade guide + README + 11.1.0 re-level) · #2398 (docs site) · #2399 (tail).
