Convert OBJECTUI_ENTERPRISE_SOLUTION.md to English-only

- Remove all Chinese text and characters (约1452行 -> 1421行)
- Convert bilingual headers from "中文 | English" to "English"
- Remove Chinese from code comments and diagrams
- Preserve all English content, code examples, tables, and markdown formatting
- Maintain document structure with 70 headers and 49 code blocks
- Verified: 0 Chinese characters remaining
