feat(auth): "Sign in with SSO" entry on the login page (PR-2 UI for per-env SSO)#2000
Merged
Conversation
Adds an SSO sign-in button to the login page that routes the entered email to its configured IdP (better-auth @better-auth/sso, by email domain) via POST /api/v1/auth/sign-in/sso and redirects to the provider's authorization endpoint. i18n label (labels.ssoButton); inline error when no provider matches the domain. UI half (PR-2) of the per-env external-IdP SSO mechanism; backend lands in framework #2322, design in ADR-0024. Verified end-to-end in a browser: button -> IdP login -> consent -> JIT federated session. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds the customer-facing "Sign in with SSO" entry to the console login page (
LoginForm). On click it routes the entered email to its configured IdP (better-auth's
@better-auth/sso, by email domain) viaPOST /api/v1/auth/sign-in/ssoand redirects to the provider's authorization endpoint; shows an inline error when no provider matches the domain. The label is i18n-configurable (labels.ssoButton), and the post-login callback is derived from the login path (works under any console base path). This is the UI half (PR-2) of the per-env external-IdP SSO mechanism:
@better-auth/ssointegration + adapter field/table bridging — feat(auth): @better-auth/sso scaffold — per-env external IdP (OIDC/SAML) RP objectstack#2322Verified end-to-end in a real browser (two federated objectos instances — one OIDC provider, one client): login page → click "Sign in with SSO" → IdP login page → consent → JIT federated session (logged in as the IdP user).
