How to import a Notebook 2.0 html file into another Notebook 2.0 file

I can import npm, jsr and Notebook 1.0 files ok but I can't figure out if there is a way with Notebook 2.0 files (from the local filesystem). Is there?

This isn’t yet implemented. You can import code from a local JavaScript module and share code across notebooks that way, though.
