At last I took the time... performance seems good!
On my machine with 16 cores, with 16 threads and 300000 req/s, here are average latencies and req/sec
simple_httpd: 62.42ms / Requests/sec: 265110.66
cohttp-eio: 317.33ms / 257738.53
nethttp_go: 418.00ms / 242708.51
Could not compile rust-hyper.
