Pod Resource Limits

We need to set resource limits for each of the types of pods in the cluster. We might be able to get away with not doing this (considering our compute power : need for compute power ratio) but this is best practice.

Moved this to v2.0 after talking to fydai. This shouldn't be an immediate issue.
