Improve the documentation to provide clear step-by-step guidance for configuring the GSP provider in Indian Accounting. Add detailed instructions to help users correctly set up the credentials and re-trigger the e-Invoice and e-Waybill flows. The PostgreSQL extention `pgvector` is required in order for users to use the AI features when they are self hosting Odoo. The documentation did not mention `pgvector` at all though, In this commit we add some installation instructions for pgvector. Clarify the MX record configuration for email servers.
