bpca

Bayesian Principal Component Analysis to model spatiotemporal data from GNSS, 'altimetry minus tide gauge' and other geophysical time series.

Prerequisites

Linux

Install git

$ sudo apt install git

Install miniconda

$ wget https://repo.anaconda.com/miniconda/Miniconda3-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh
$ bash Miniconda3-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh

Windows

Download and install git from here.

Download and install Miniconda from here.

Installation

either activate an existing conda environment or create a new one with:

 $ conda create --name <env_name> python=3.7
 $ conda activate <env_name>    

download the required packages with:

 $ pip install git+https://github.com/oelsmann/bpca 
 $ conda install -c conda-forge theano-pymc -y
