OpenCode doesn't send model updates?

When I use OpenCode as adapter, let's say it's starts with BigPickle as default model, I can change it for example to gpt-nano. When asking the chat "what model are you?" it correctly responds gpt, but when I open the model change menu again, the star is still next to BigPickle. That happens with any model I select. The name in _G.codecompanion_chat_metadata is also not updated.

Could somebody confirm this behavior? Is this rather problem on CodeCompanion or OpenCode side?

I suspect they've not implemented that part of the ACP spec. CodeCompanion only recently added it last month.

Oooh! Didn't even know it's a new thing in the spec. I'll probalby need to request it from Opencode. How does ACP call it?

Huh, seems like OpenCode should have it: anomalyco/opencode#21134 (and CodeCompanion is mentioned as the reason!)

Knew it must be something weird!
Could you check with require("fzf-lua").register_ui_select()?

I'd advise using the minimal.lua file in the main repo and adding any of your plugins into that.
