[Bug]: Crops all pages of a light novel

Steps to reproduce

I just downloaded the program to read Re;Zero. I added it (.epub format) and the pages were already cropped.

It's not really the "steps", but I don't know how to better describe them

Expected Behavior

I was expecting to see uncropped pages

Actual Behavior

Vertical reader doesn't help!

If the epub is fixed layout, support has recently been improved in OpenComic 808c7f6. I'm sharing a build from the master branch so you can check whether it's resolved. If not, could you send me the epub to my email so I can test it?

Btw the crop still happens in the same place, I just accidentally turned off the "Integrated" option earlier, so on the previous screenshot it changed. Here's how it looks like with this option turned on.

I've already found the cause of the issue. The file is configured to be read from right-to-left and vertical. OpenComic wasn't prepared to handle this type of file correctly, so it displayed it horizontally and calculated the page boundaries incorrectly.

I've rewritten some parts of the code to add support for vertical reading files 08543d8. If you want to force horizontal reading, I've also added a new option to do so ffb7afb, which can be found alongside the other epub options.

If you'd like to try it and test to find any bugs, I'll leave you a build from the master branch.
