Issue
Currently only CircleFlagProps is exported in typescript, but not CircleFlagLanguageProps. This means that when creating a custom component to, for example, specify a CDN URL, a custom prop interface must be defined.
Solution
This PR exports CircleFlagLanguageProps
Checks
Version is bumped, tests suite passes, lint ran.
Caution, some dev dependencies where auto bumped on install, but no effect spotted. I can undo the version bump if needed.
