- Partnered directly with the CTO on product strategy, architecture, and technical direction, and worked daily with product managers and designers to deliver predictable roadmap execution across three product areas.
- Drove adoption of AI-assisted development across my teams, integrating AI tooling into daily coding and code-review workflows while maintaining a high standard of code quality.
- Built an OAuth 2.0 Authorization Server enabling customers to connect Coursedog's MCP through Claude or other AI tools with their own credentials instead of shared service accounts.
- Led the engineering foundation of a self-service CSV import platform, cutting manual engineering effort by 80%+.
- Replaced a costly custom PDF generation pipeline with a managed service, significantly cutting costs by 60%+.
- Built Drag & Drop Page Designer with per-university custom theming options, serving Stanford, Duke, CUNY, and dozens of other universities.
- Rebuilt the public Catalog experience to a 95 Lighthouse score (from 35) via SSR and performance optimization, and led its WCAG accessibility compliance.
- Took Catalog from an idea to a standalone monetizable product.
- Built multiple MVPs that evolved into core Coursedog products, including primary offerings like the Curriculum platform and its requisite system.
- Founding engineer on Scheduling, now one of Coursedog's flagship products.
