Solid Chart js is missing

Both NPM [package](https://www.npmjs.com/package/solid-chart.js) and the [GH repo](https://github.com/MrFoxPro/solid-chart.js) for the solid.js wrapper of Chart.js have 404. I could not find the library anywhere else, probably it should be removed.
