These two sequences are named incorrectly (1970...) despite have correctly named photos (2026...)

I don't know why this is not working anymore but I suspect it is because of a change to the directory structure that comes from the reefscan device. This is in fact an old change when we added two camera support so the bug may have been existing for some time.
I suggest we update reefscan_aws to handle this case.
Perhaps we also fix it in reefscan_desktop_data_manager
