The use of caps in the text, e.g. Approval, Draft, etc. looks a bit odd. For the acting groups like Maintainers we may keep them in caps, but for the rest I would switch to standard English and small letters for all words.

I agree but this is the standard language of the doc in the source repo. I would change this reluctantly only.

I agree but this is the standard language of the doc in the source repo. I would change this reluctantly only.
