As I cannot validate the description myself, due to missing AWS setup, I'll keep the PR in draft state until #1416 is closed. As a matter of fact, #1416 contains the same instructions. So, when closed, we'll know, if things work. |

What this PR does / why we need it
We do recommend to use the ecrplugin but miss the documentation on how to do so. This PR tries to fix this
