Restore submodule workspace lock entries

This lockfile was regenerated with the app submodules absent: entries for submodule workspaces such as @app/billing-connector and @app/pos-integration are now removed. The CI dependency job checks out submodules recursively and then runs yarn install --immutable (.github/workflows/nodejs.condo.ci.yml:270-285); with those package.json files present through the root apps/* workspace glob, Yarn will need to write the removed workspace entries back and will abort under --immutable before tests run. Please regenerate the lockfile with submodules initialized, or exclude those paths from the workspace set.
