Text to Speech on Windows

Setup

  1. Double click on the install.cmd to install text to speech service

Run

  1. Double click on the run.cmd to start text to speech service

  2. If the service is successfully launched, you will see INFO: Uvicorn running on http://localhost:8013 (Press CTRL+C to quit) in the command prompt interface
