Profile YAMLs: Deployment Package - Chart values inputbox is absent

Presently, while creating an Application, there is a provision to add Profile(yamls) to it.
It contains a step to add profile which provides an inputbox to enter the chart values.

Similarly while creating a Deployment Package, there is a provision to add Profile to it.
However in the profile addition step / dialog there is no inputbox to enter the chart values.

Note: Application profile set to Override - yes, no - This is observed in both the scenarios.

@ss5829 Application profiles should be created during application creation. During deployment setup, the Add Profile option lets you select from the available application profiles and choose one as the default. If a new profile is needed, you will need to update the application.

there are some ambiguity around the "Allow users to override selected profile values at deployment time?" in the Application Profile.
please provide the expected behavior wrt Deployment Profile.
