Patch version bump fixes panic that occurs when IntelCluster asks for clusterConnect
connectionProbecondition.If clusterConnect object was created without
connectionProbecondition, IntelCluster hits nil pointer dereference.open-edge-platform/cluster-connect-gateway#58
