This switches Renovate scheduling to an explicit Tuesday morning cron schedule:

* 0-7 * * 2

The goal is to preserve the existing weekly timing while moving away from deprecated older schedule syntax and reducing repeated same-day Renovate churn.

Ported from open-telemetry/semantic-conventions#3576

Pull request overview

Updates Renovate configuration to use explicit cron-based scheduling for weekly dependency update windows, replacing older natural-language schedule strings.

Changes:

  • Replace Renovate schedule strings with cron expressions for Tuesday 00:00–07:59.
  • Add inline comments clarifying the intended “before 8am on Tuesday” window.
