Document gruf source files

Currently we have had to disable the Style/Documentation cop for the gruf gem due to it missing top-level documentation of classes and modules.

This missing documentation needs to be added & the rubocop suppression removed.

I would like to take this up. I will explore the gruf instrumentation and add documentation for its structure and usage. Please let me know if there are any specific guidelines to follow.

The best suggestion would be to look at the other gems to see what they do & then replicate it.
