PET has a large and growing number of end-to-end test suites.
Several pallet's E2E test suites currently run against Polkadot/Kusama relays and system parachains. Ecosystem chains that expose these pallets should also be covered, to catch integration-level regressions across diverse runtime configurations.

Good candidate ecosystem chains: Acala, Hydration, Bifrost, Moonbeam, Astar, Phala — depending on which pallets each chain exposes.
