an unexpected bug just happened... I have a 5x pro plan and yesterday I paid $10 to use the 5.5 API in the Codex CLI. I used it once and it consumed $4, then I went back to using the Codex app normally for 12 hours, and a little while ago my Codex stopped responding, saying I exceeded the quota limit. It was expected that at least the Codex app would ask me if I wanted to switch to the API key and not use my credits for me.
