ci: fix CI binary checks after host/guest RPM split#109

Add cryptpilot-fde-host/ and cryptpilot-fde-guest/ to ignore list, replacing the old monolithic cryptpilot-fde/ entry.
- Remove symlink test (test -L /usr/bin/cryptpilot-fde) since the backwards compatibility symlink was removed. - Add test -x /usr/bin/cryptpilot-fde-guest to verify guest binary. - Fix duplicate cryptpilot-fde-host --version (second should be cryptpilot-fde-guest --version) in both RPM and DEB workflows.
