Remove Treatments section from ConfigBuilder docs

AFAIU, the Treatments have moved to a dedicated required screen and a few years ago and are now described here: https://androidaps.readthedocs.io/en/latest/DailyLifeWithAaps/AapsScreens.html#treatments
